Udyam Academy (previously known as Pioneer Dom) is accredited with Gold Medal by the
Roxbourg Institute of Social Entrepreneurship, Switzerland to coach candidates to earn their Pioneer Rural MBA - Powered by Roxbourg and other Roxbourg.MBA degrees.
PURPOSE
Our purpose is to "empower rural social entrepreneurs in India to accelerate their social ventures at the grass-roots level".
Our mission is to empower 1000 rural social entrepreneurs at grassroots level in India by 2033.
Our short term goal is to serve 250 entrepreneurs by March 2025. We are currently supporting more than 125 entrepreneurs.
WHY?
The founder of Udyam Academy, Ramkrishna
has travelled 15 states and noticed that rural entrepreneurs were facing challenges because of poor planning and a lack of proper mentoring, training and resources.
He also observed a strong willingness among rural entrepreneurs to learn and try new solutions in order to improve the development of their ventures.
In Bharat (India), rural entrepreneurship is the key to economic development. It is estimated that there are more than 60 million rural entrepreneurs in Bharat.
METHODOLOGY
We have developed our venture acceleration program based on the ROXBOURG METHOD.
We believe in the "Learn by Doing" approach.
Our programs are focussed on 100% action which is result-oriented. We empower our rural step by step.
IMPACT
Our social entrepreneurship program has had a profound and far-reaching impact on individuals, communities, and society as a whole.
Since its inception, the program has been dedicated to addressing agriculture, education, livelihood and environmental challenges while fostering innovation and sustainable solutions.
