"CHILAURI", Joy of togetherness

“If you want to go fast, go alone, if you want to go far, go together” is an African proverb. It's said to teach that people can go further by uniting and aligning their common interests and goals

"That's fantastic news! We’re so excited for Varsha Solanki to present the "CHILAURI" project pitch at L J Innovation Village 2024 in Ahmedabad.

Varsha, a visionary rural entrepreneur, spearheads the Chilauri project under the banner of Pioneer Dom Academy Powered by Roxbourg, empowering 20 women, including 9 tribal women.

Her initiative involves transforming cloth clippings into stunning utility products, fostering financial independence for the community. Varsha's leadership not only brings economic stability but also instills a sense of unity among the diverse group of women.

Through Chilauri, she champions sustainability, creativity, and women's empowerment, bridging the gap between tradition and modernity. Varsha's dedication to rural entrepreneurship serves as an inspiring example, illustrating the transformative impact of grassroots initiatives on both livelihoods and community cohesion.

Our purpose is to "empower rural social entrepreneurs in India to accelerate their social ventures at the grass-roots level".

Our mission is to empower 1000 rural social entrepreneurs at the grassroots level in India by 2033.
